Approaches

Art Therapy Art Therapy uses creative expression through art-making to help people explore emotions, reduce stress, and support healing and self-discovery.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) gently supports people in making space for difficult thoughts and feelings, while encouraging them to move toward what truly matters in their lives.

Solution-Focused Therapy helps people build on their strengths and resources to create practical steps toward the future they want.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy teaches people to gently focus on the present moment with openness and compassion, helping them respond to life’s challenges with greater calm and clarity.
