I have worked in the Counseling and Art Therapy field for over 15 years. I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Seattle University, a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Adler University and I am a Graduate Art Therapist from the Toronto Art Therapy Institute.
I am passionate about creating a supportive environment for my clients to engage in healing, learning and reflection. Grounded in many years of clinical practice, I have developed a unique and dynamic style inspired by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Art Therapy and Mindfulness. I strive to help my clients identify their strengths, develop an understanding of what might be holding them back and what can help them move forward. Collectively these approaches can lead to self – compassion and positive change. It is my commitment that clients will feel supported, listened to and understood.
